When you join us on a Haven holiday, all our award-winning family holiday parks will give you the warmest welcome possible. And whether theyre in England, Scotland or Wales, weve made sure each one is on or near the coast, so the sound of the seas never too far away.

We love every one of our parks. Theyre dotted around the UKs top resorts, most spectacular landscapes and sandiest beaches. And weve filled them with activities and entertainment to keep the whole family happy. That includes our splash-tastic heated indoor and outdoor pools, all kinds of family fun – from archery to zip wires – and entertainment for all ages.

Every day we’re doing our best to better ourselves. Below are just some of the changes we’re making this year so our guests, owners and team in the LGBTQIA+ community feel comfortable, represented and most importantly, supported.

  • Weve introduce a dedicated Inclusion and Diversity board where our LGBTQIA+ community are directly represented
  • Were working closely with leading LGBTQIA+ organisations
  • Were updating our systems so guests and owners can identify as they wish
  • Weve got new email signatures and team passes that give us the option to include our chosen pronoun
  • Weve added Inclusive Leadership training for all our team
  • Weve created a whole host of educational materials which the team can access at any time
  • Were donating to LGBTQIA+ support charities when purchasing Pride resources
  • Were part of Bourne Leisure Ltd, who also own Warner Leisure Hotels and Butlins Resorts. Bourne began over 40 years ago, with one caravan park. The company has been growing and growing ever since – and now its the largest privately-owned holiday operator in the UK. In 2000 Bourne bought the Rank Group Holidays Division, which included us at Haven. Over the last 10 years, Bournes investment programme has led to new accommodation, landscaping, luxury spas, golf courses, adventure golf, and amazing updates to our pools, with flumes, water slides and huge spinning Space Bowls.   • Make a restaurant table reservation up to 4 weeks before your break*
  • You can also book tables whilst on holiday and there is no need to book outdoor dining, simply turn up and we’ll try and get you seated

    Please note: We are able to seat up to eight guests to a table on our booking system. If you are a larger party, please book a table of eight to start with and then contact the park directly to add more people.

    *Please note: There is currently a national shortage of selected food and drink products across the restaurants on our parks. This may mean we are unable to serve some items off our menu. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • For those that want a break from cooking, you can order a tasty takeaway on the Haven Serve app*
  • *The Haven Serve app is available to download via Google Play and the App Store.

  • All our parks have handy on-site supermarkets with a wide range of Co-op products on offer including a wide variety of vegetarian, vegan and free from products
  • Keep a look out for locally sourced products and firm family favourites on our shelves
  • Please note: we are no longer selling disposable barbecues at any of our on-park supermarkets. Disposable barbecues are not permitted for use across all of our holiday parks

  • If you want to catch some entertainment, just turn up as there is no need to pre-book. You will need your Play Passes to access the venue
  • Check out our entertainment schedules* up to 4 weeks before your break to find out what’s on (please note: schedules are subject to change)
  • *You can view our entertainment schedules at haven.com/experience.

  • We all know arcades and the seaside go hand in hand, but please be aware that some of our parks now have cashless arcades. This means loading money onto a Playcard which can then be used in the arcade
  • Cashless arcades are available at Church Farm, Quay West, Wild Duck, Golden Sands, Perran Sands and Burnham-on-Sea

    What time does Haven live chat open?

    Chat with us online

    Online chat is available from Monday – Friday – 9am-6:30pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5:30pm. Just look for the blue “Need Help?” icon at the bottom right of the website.

    Can I change the date of my Haven holiday?

    It should be noted that we cannot change dates from one calendar year to the next. Please bear in mind that any changes made within 56 days of the start date of your holiday may count as a cancellation.

    How many times can you go swimming at Haven?

    For those of you who love to plan, you can start pre-booking activities, tables in our restaurants and up to 14 swim sessions per break, 4 weeks before your break.
